Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your clean, please let me know as soon as possible. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the clean will be charged at full price. This applies to all customers. 

If you or others in your household are too ill to go to work or school, please contact me ASAP to cancel your clean.

If I am unable to access the property as arranged, the clean will be charged at full price.
