No, not at all, keys can be left in a key safe,  or we can arrange to collect these for you if carrying out an end of tenancy/move in out clean.

Yes, or close by parking must be available due to carrying our equipment.

If carrying out an end of tenancy clean and parking is not available and we need to pay to park then a charge is applicable that covers the cost of this.

No, we will supply these for you and must do for insurance purposes.

A fifty percent non refundable deposit needs to be made at time of booking to secure your slot. Then the remainder needs to be paid 48 hours before your clean.

Monthly deep cleaning from £150

End of tenancy/Move in or out cleaning from £250 per property, we do not charge hourly, we will quote you a fixed price.

Office and commercial cleaning priced on a 12 month contract, to be discussed on visit.

Most of the time we are able to quote over the phone, we will need a video walk-through sent to us to establish the condition of the property and to accurately quote. In larger properties from 5 beds or more, we will carry out an in person quotation. 

Office or commercial cleaning will require a visit to your business premises to discuss and quote your clean.

For example, has the home been cleaned in the last few months, or maybe it’s been years since it was professionally cleaned? If it hasn’t been professionally cleaned recently, has the home been kept up in between cleanings? All these things play into the amount of elbow grease and time required to clean and can add or subtract away from the total time needed.
